Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service and follow up when I had a question on my food order. I now realize that to keep free shipping they need a minimum of two bags ordered at a time. Just want to say I have tried three different variety's now for my dog Schatzi and she loves them all. Customer service is amazing. I will continue to order this food and if you are on the fence, you get what you pay for. Great quality for your dog.

They followed up on how Candy was enjoying her food. I was having delivery issues and they rush a few bags very quickly. They also informed me when the items shipped and when I could expect delivery and when it was delivered to ensure I did receive the items.

When my order was going to be late they shipped me what I needed overnight. In addition, anytime I need help with anything they get back to me right away and help me with whatever I need. On top of that my dog gets so excited to eat every day she loves the food.

My Siberian Husky is a very picky eater. I was going a gently cooked chicken diet with raw fruits and vegetables and she would only eat every other day. Switched her to Tally's Ranch gently cooked air dried chicken and beef. She devours both! Excellent customer service as well! Customer for life!!

I have been shopping around for a good dry food for my dogs that isn’t highly processed. I have a 5 month old Cavapoo and an 8 year old Havanese, and both absolutely love Tally’s Air Dried food! I use a raw food topper and they devour this. They love it so much I use the little nuggets for treats during the day and on walks. They never have loose or runny stools and are so happy, healthy and energetic. I’m so happy I found Tally’s Ranch!
