They continually spam my business
They continually spam my business. I filed an FTC complaint against them, and notified them to stop, but they have continued to send spam, despite me sending them a screenshot through Facebook messenger. Edited: What they are stating is not truthful in their response to me.

Hi Ann, We do not send spam emails. We do send marketing emails. Please click the unsubscribe link in the email or contact our support department for help. Our support department does not use Facebook Messenger.
