Nonstop spam from these guys. They use a bot to find contact forms on websites and then they SPAM DAILY!

Stop anoying me with advice I did not ask for... Misusing my website forms is realy irritating me. I want you to stop!

Spam spam spam! My company will never use them solely based on this! They clearly have no clue how to market based on their current spamming tactics. I have a phone call into the admins to have them permanently blackballed from any of our businesses. Eric should be fired from that company.

The most horrible of scummy, spammy, entities. I'm a Web Designer, and I see them spamming every one of my clients. Rotten, rotten practice they have of just spamming everyone with a form.

Update: October 2023 — Talk with customer have made two attempts to remove my review from their profile through Trustpilot’s tools. The first attempt was to claim that my review was not for their page. At the time of this attempt, they had renamed their page to “Mail Chimp”. The second attempt today was to claim that my review was for an alternate domain. Trying to remove legitimate experiences is only reinforcing the wide ranging consensus that people are sharing here. Original review —— If ever there was a global winner for "worst attempts to promote a service", I firmly believe that Talkwithcustomer would be right up there. They truly are setting a high bar with their unsolicited spam through website contact forms. For anyone reading this, if you were to defecate in your hands and clap - your marketing would be more effective and less offensive.

This company is SPAMing me via the contact form on my website. It's unethical and gross, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Software never worked and we lost lots of customers by using this. Avoid at all costs, very buggy.
