Falsches Produkt geliefert und keine Möglichkeit zurückzusenden. Absolute Frechheit

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a problem with my package. The team was very responsive, they quickly contacted me to find a solution. They were very professional and understanding and offered to return the correct order to me while allowing me to keep the item received initially. I would therefore like to emphasize their seriousness and the quality of their customer service. Thank you for your responsiveness and professionalism! I recommend.

Chinese crap, low quality, overpriced, takes forever to arrive. Save your money
Response from TALISHKOAug 8, 2026
The order was delivered twelve days after it was placed, two to prepare and ten in transit, which is the window shown at checkout. Our production and warehousing run across several countries, China among them, the same as most of the brands already in your wardrobe, and we have never pretended otherwise. Where a piece is sewn is not what decides whether it is any good. If this one is not, we would rather have it back than have you keep it. Returns run without an argument from us, so email [email protected] and we will open it from our side. Support Care Team, TALISHKO

Amazing service with very good communication.

Good to hear the communication side held up. That is the part we watch hardest, so it is useful to know it landed. Support Care Team, TALISHKO

I ordered my hoodie (a gift) on Dec 26th. No updates for 10 days. I called them - no answer. Emailed them and they said that I didn't leave an email address on the order so no tracking could be provided AND that they didn't have the hoodie I wanted. I emailed asking for a different hoodie and they didn't respond again so I had to double email asking for a refund or a discount but they said the other hoodie I wanted was ready for order fulfillment so I went ahead with the order. Another 10 days of silence and no updates for my delivery. I emailed them 3 more times back to back to back. My order was still awaiting fulfillment. Horrible customer service, contact methods, communication, and reply methods. Luckily they processed my refund.

Everything in this account is accurate, and it happened under the previous owners of the store. You were refunded and the pieces stayed with you. Two ten day silences on a Christmas gift is not something we are going to dress up, and the root of it was a catalogue still advertising items that had already sold out. That has been fixed, stock is reconciled weekly now. The store changed hands after this order, which is easy to claim and only worth judging by the dates on the reviews sitting under this one. Reliable is an easy word on paper and a hard one in practice, so we will take it. See you on the next one. Support Care Team, TALISHKO
