Very disappointing experience. I have sent multiple emails with no response and called several times, only to be told the office is closed. We still have not received our order, and the lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.

I don’t know about you but my dogs don’t like to wait for their treats! Speedy safe shipping. Thank you

Order took a fill month to arrive

I would recommend these products and this website to anyone and everyone i could. The prevent-o-mite is a super SUPER strong spray that works IMMEDIATELY. The natural spray that i use for my snake has been killing batch after batch of new mites that keep hatching (they did say it would take a couple weeks to kill all the new eggs that would hatch) I've been very pleased with the outcome of this. Best products and they got here really fast so my snake didn't have to wait too long! THANKS AGAIN!

Honestly I would never ever buy from them again. No communication and from the sounds of all the other bad reviews I probably won't even get my $73 back. My girlfriend tried emailing and calling them but haven't heard from anyone. I have attempted to do the same thing and heard absolutely nothing. I am beyond upset over this. My poor girlfriend's bearded dragon needed a UVB light. They said it would be delivered within 3 business days. It's been a week and the AI voice thing when you try to call them just says it's being processed and will be shipped soon. If you try and call the other number I wish you luck you're going to get nowhere and reach no one. We've been calling all week and haven't heard a single thing. And when you want to cancel an order good luck. If you try to get a refund good luck! Save your money and avoid them at all costs. The whole thing is just BS. My honest opinion. Also Talis-us don't try saying you haven't received anything from us or saying we haven't answered. I just want my money back and my girlfriends bearded dragon to be okay. When you go and order from the website it works perfectly fine but when you go in to try and find your order or cancel it the website stops working properly.

I am getting worried now after reading these reviews… I am still waiting my order to be shipped and I paid for it over a week ago Ruh Roh… Sent a email and haven’t heard a word. The website doesn’t work.. kinda bummed now.

Ordered dog food seven days ago. After multiple messages and order updates, they tell me the product is not in stock and they will refund me by the end of the day. The day is almost over. Was I refunded and the order canceled? Absolutely not. Common theme with this website. Don’t waste your time.
