So dissatisfied order 2440 waited two weeks to be advised dress was not available. It was suggested I pick another dress at double the price with no extra charge . Asked for a refund still no reply as per consumer rights . Currently looking to get in touch with abussman and consumer rights re refund as product was not available .

Order 2281. The dress didn't fit as expected and even though it was a custom order Talethreads will accept the return and make me another dress. I am excited to work with this company to get dresses that will flatter my shape! Will keep you posted as to Dress#2.

I ordered 2 dresses. A week later, they emailed saying one was out of stock and asked me to pick a replacement. I asked for them to just refund the price of that dress. I have not heard anything from them since. I have not received a refund. I have not received the other dress. This website is a scam.

Took a few weeks for the dress to be delivered. It didn’t fit as expected so I requested to return it. Return address given as a street in Scotland close to my home where there are only houses. Company confirmed address as correct but no number issued. No such business is registered on that street. This is totally a scam as clearly I’m not going to ship the dress to an address two streets along from me.

The cloth stuff is realy good quality and color and style is also stylish and appealing...i will do more shopping next summer ..and recommend it to others as well...the delivery i think comes from india, so be a bit patient as it may take some time from custom clearance etc...but over all its authentic website
