It was so helpful to have a professional team do the interviews - to get the unbaised answers and also just to keep the conversation going in a natural way.

Highly recommend
This was a wonderful experience all around. First of all the team was incredibly forgiving - we had to juggle schedules and even interview subjects and the customer support was always generous. Secondly, they treat the interviewees with care - this was done with my 92-year-old father and he reported back that he had a great time talking to his interviewer. Thirdly, and maybe the most relevant, the product is excellent. A lovely piece of my father to cherish forever. Highly recommend.

My life in a capsule
I just completed my 4 sessions with Tales and I must admit it was quite pleasant. Brought back memories that I had not thought about in years. I admit I was a bit intimidated before it started, but I found it comfortable and easy to follow Marc’s lead. If you are considering this…..go for it! Sandi P

This was a wonderful experience
This was a wonderful experience. My children gifted me a five session interview. I was happy with the experience and with Mark who interviewed me. My children are thrilled to have a record of my life shared with them with my own voice. I have been recommending this to all my friends.

Best birthday gift ever
Best birthday gift ever! We recorded the life stories of my grandparents for my mom's birthday and it has been such an amazing experience hearing them reflect on their different stages of life. Can't wait to show this to our family generations to come!

The interviews were easy and fun
The interviews were easy, They guide you in such a way that it brings back memories that you otherwise would probably not remember. I guess in a way it made it fun for me while doing it.
