Exceptional Customer Service
Bruce at Tales.com provided exceptional customer service! The original order was lost by the Postal Service and Bruce didn’t hesitate to ship another box, doing so with three day shipping!! I can’t say enough good things about the service I got from Bruce and the team at Tales. I would highly recommend their Couples Edition.

Great purchase
As soon as we received our cards we pulled a question we were having a great conversation & laughing together! We have decided to pull a card every week & make it our time! Our daughter heard us laughing & wanted to know where her cards are so now I'll be getting her some!

Not what I expected
Ordered 3 packs on 9th February 2026, stated that the order was received on 10th February 2026. kept checking looking for confirmation of order being sent. emailed this morning asking for an update at 08:41. At 08:43 i received the following From: Tales hello@tales Sent: Monday, 23 February 2026 08:43 To: Subject: ****URGENT***** Shipping update for order #485190 Hi XXXXXXX Thanks so much for getting in touch. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Upon checking, it appears that your order was lost in transit. We’d like to confirm whether you’d prefer that we send out a replacement or process a full refund for your order. Best regards, Bruce It seems very strange that they can come back to me in 2 minutes (checking to say that it's lost in transit) but could not keep me updated until I asked for an update. Please have your own views on this. Lets see how long the refund takes.....if at all..kind regards

Just perfect and adorable.
