My experience with TalentPop has been absolutely amazing from day one. They truly master the art of making their team feel seen, valued, and prepared. A few key areas that stood out completely: The Application Process: Right from the start, they offer incredible support, providing tips and guidance before the actual interview. It is a massive confidence booster and sets applicants up for success. Training & Continuous Growth: While the virtual training is fast-paced, it is packed with valuable learnings. The training materials are excellent for self-review. I highly appreciate that they actively offer refresher courses to keep our skills sharp and encourage us to attend other beneficial classes. Thoughtful Client Pairing: They put real effort into matching us with great clients who align perfectly with our skills and preferences. Employee Well-being: What truly sets them apart is their genuine care. Checking in on employees' well-being during times of calamities shows that they don't just see us as workers but as human beings. The HR, training teams, and management are all wonderful, supportive people. Constructive Feedback for Improvement: To help the company continue doing great, I’d suggest expanding how training resources are utilized long-term. While the Trainual app is a fantastic repository during onboarding, accessing it through a centralized training account can feel restrictive once we graduate. As someone who thrives with a well-structured, "one-stop-shop" resource, I think it would be highly beneficial to provide graduates with their own read-only access to a foundational knowledge base. Even though we all transition to different systems and tools depending on our individual clients, having a common ground of knowledge—such as standard e-commerce processes, tool tutorials, tips, and even "sandbox" style exercises for hands-on practice—would be an incredible asset for ongoing self-review and keeping our skills sharp.

The collaboration and team work from the team as well as the leadership is splendid. I never feel alone when working with my fellow agents. They are always ready to help out and work together.

Good company for starters or those looking to get experience. However, the starting hourly pay is only $3. Provides good training once accepted, as well as client pairing assistance.
