Horrible, data harvesting site. Sends me job ads that just send me to another data harvesting site. This company is a joke. Just read their responses. One company below even called them out for using old job listings and they some horse manure of a response basically admitting that they scam Google for jobs to post. Which half of the Google jobs are spam to begin with. Do not use this company and apply directly to company sites. We are desperate and this joke of a company is totally taking advantage of that!

Hello Kristina. I'm sorry you've had a negative experience with us. Our role is to aggregate job offers from various sources onto our website without participating in the selection process. Unlike a recruitment agency, we simply direct job seekers to the original employers, where they can apply directly. I have no idea what button I pressed but they absolutely hammer me with irrelevant job posts and even some with 'this company wants you' messages (which are false). I've looked to see if I can unsubscribe but surprisingly this doesn't seem to be an option. Going to block the Web address at this point

I recently attempted to apply for a mystery shopper position through Talent.com, but my experience was highly unsatisfactory. Upon clicking “apply,” I was repeatedly redirected through multiple links, ultimately leading me to unrelated pages and preventing me from successfully submitting my application. This process was both confusing and frustrating, as it repeatedly led me away from the job listing without any resolution. Despite multiple attempts to find and apply for the job again, the same issue persisted. Each time I tried to apply, I was redirected through several intermediary sites, none of which allowed me to complete my application. This significantly hindered my job search process.

Scam site, jobs not real/ outdated. I’ve had no correspondence from any applications not even rejections. Also contacted 2 companies through LinkedIn and they’ve said they are not hiring the roles posted. They have also answered a review on here saying they are just a job posting site not a consultancy by BUT there’s also a review on here stating they have the best recruitment consultants??? (To which they replied thanking the poster) - makes no sense. Steer clear don’t waste your time, to many scams out there.

Even more spamming and fraudulent thickness. Totally devoid of understanding of EU GDPR laws, though I guess fraud is probably a bigger worry if the other reviews on here are true, which I suspect they are from the way this bunch are behaving. Avoid at all costs and report. I have managed to find a common link between this and several other so called recruiting sites all sending near identical emails at nearly exactly the same time, all until now previously unheard of by me. I think I even have a few names of some of the perpetrators too...(always check your code mark ups guys ;) )

Was contacted by a recruiter at talent for a job they thoughts matched my CV. Had an ointerview with The talent.com consultant. All seemed fine and then... nothing, no feedback, no more comms, nothing. I started to check the company reviews and well, there was my answer. I should have done the research first!

Not a real hiring site! I am looking to hire Denver students, it does NOT accept a legit email for recruiters! Reached out, still thinking it was real, no one replied, tried 3 different legit emails at my company and it does not accept them. SCAM!

Hello Jona, due to security reasons, we choose to only do business with employers that have an email address ending with their company domain. This in order to avoid our jobseekers from being scammed.
