They have jobs on their website where you have to pay a company to apply for the job! Talent is a scam site. Beware!
Response from Talent.comJan 20, 2023
Hi James, Talent.com does not and will not be charging job seekers for the use of our services. As such, we are concerned by your experience. Please email [email protected] at your convenience so we can review this case in depth, since it is an action that we do not allow on Talent.com. Thank you.

Garbage site, totally useless. Everyday I get numerous spam emails for an "IT Position" - I am interested in IT work but after about 5 "clickbait" emails I don't even check them anymore. Sample "IT Positions" they are notifying me of include jobs like dishwashing, driving, retail work, cashier, etc. Garbage Site!

Hello Kevin, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We are constantly working to improve the relevance of the jobs indexed on our platform. We can currently provide you with a few steps that could improve the job recommendations that are a good fit for your profile. Here is how to do it: 1. Sign in to your account. 2. Click on "Settings" on the collapse menu under your name. 3. Choose "My notifications" on the left menu. 4. Go to "Job recommendations" and select "Yes" on the statement "Send me Talent․com's job recommendations based on my profile, job search activity, saved jobs and applied jobs". For better recommendations, we suggest you use specific job titles that you want, not general keywords. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions regarding email alerts. If you are not comfortable with these steps, you can also opt out of the emails. We hope this improves your job search.

This company is sick and irresponsible. When their data is out of date they keep it visible and just fail to update it. Employers use this misinformation to screw over employees and push people into poverty. If your employer refers to this website, walk out. Do not let them ruin your life and happiness by turning you into a debt machine.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you've found expired offers on our site. Our content team works hard to keep all the information updated and facilitate the job search for users, however, on some occasions, the machines can take a few hours to reflect the changes of the source on our site, and that's why you can see these offers in the results. We'll take this opportunity to clarify that our service is completely free for job seekers and that there are many options to find more vacancies adjusted to your profile.

After entering my information the already tedious amount of spam and spam calls increased. Also, various other job websites started emailing me. When I did see a job I was interested in it became an unending loop of sites with redirects. Still ignoring spam calls, emails, and messages. Ongoing and going.

On our part, we want you to know that we do not at any time share information with third parties that you have not previously and directly accepted. Just a waist of time. Try apply for a job and get redirected so many times and then land back at where you started. Worst site to search for jobs. reading through all the reviews it makes total sense.
Response from Talent.comNov 11, 2022
Hi Stuart, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience on our website. It's unusual for us to hear of this behaviour on our site, since we try to redirect users directly to the company site to apply for a job. If possible, could you send us the job listing that is behaving like this so we can check it carefully? It would be very valuable for us. You can contact us at [email protected].

I’ve never used this site but came to find they are recruiting with my company details which I know nothing about. They have a job advertisement on behalf of SECURITY CENTRAL LTD. This is false as I’ve never posted with this company. Please ignore this post and Talent.com at all costs. Fraud!
Response from Talent.comNov 11, 2022
Hello Nezar, our global objective is to have all the jobs offered in the world in one place to facilitate the job search for job seekers and provide more visibility and traffic to companies seeking staff, for your situation several hypotheses may occur, why not, contact us at [email protected] and we will explain more about your case.

Site won’t even let me create a profile as an employee, no wonder my business isn’t getting any traffic from this site. Pathetic. Cancelled service. Sorry, I cancelled my lack of service.
Response from Talent.comNov 11, 2022
Hello Dave, we are sorry for your departure. We'd like to let you know that the function of creating your profile or CV within Talent.com as an employee is currently under development. However, it is something we are working on so that it can help users in their job search. On the employer's side, our most successful feature is redirection, where we connect you directly to ads on the company's career site. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns at [email protected].

man kann nicht mit einem Klick die Newsletter per Email oder SMS abstellen. Das ist NICHT NORMAL.
