Tal DepotReviews of taldepot.com

This place really doesn't seem legit, even though they give the appearance that they are. When I didn't get my order, I emailed them. They apologized and said order will be going out shortly. its 3 days later and back to the same thing. NO ORDER WAS SHIPPED!!

Fraud site, lost my money and no response

Filed for bankruptcy on April 12 two days after I placed my order! They knew what they were doing! Frauds!

Customer service is like talking to a wall, and their shipping people are morons! Horrible company!!! Multiple bottles were broken in the part of my order that was delivered! I can't get them to tell me where the rest of my order is!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Sneaky, dishonest, refund tactics. Taldepot was unable to provide goods as promised. Weeks later Taldepot issued refund. Days later Taldepot rescinded refund without notice or cause? Taldepot refuses communications on the matter?

Stay away. Poor customer service and total lack of communication. After waiting for three weeks since placing order and numerous emails i was given a choice of either canceling the order or just waiting indefinitely. You are better off shoping elsewhere.

At this point I am still not sure if this is a legitimate company or an online scammer. I kept getting spam type emails saying I'll be contacted in 24-48 hours about my order. They never called. A week later I just cancelled the cc charge. Although the grape juice I ordered was a little more expensive at Amazon...save yourself a headache and not use this company.

Even though the prices seems to be good, the service is so moronically pathetic, that it does make sense to pay more elsewhere and enjoy your own time, energy and good state of mind. To make long story short, they sent me wrong items 3 times in the row, apologizing each time and trying to make things right by re-shipment. The 3rd time they managed to re-ship to their OWN FACILITY aka to themselves. What a bunch of incompetent losers!
