Fantastic service from Thanh! Just completed my second purchase and will certainly be coming back again. Great communication, smooth process and fast shipping.

1st transaction with Takuya Watches went very smoothly. Great communication, prompt shipping, and watch received as advertised. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I purchased my second watch today from takuyawatches. Both transactions have been seamless. The seller is responsive, transparent, and honest about the watches being sold. The service and watches always met my expectations and I would not hesitate to purchase from takuyawatches again in the future.

I had tried to buy a Rolex off ebay but the seller wouldn't ship the watch and I ended up waiting 10 days to get my refund. I found a similar watch on Takuya Watches, called to talk in person and confirm wire transfer numbers, and had the watch the next afternoon. Transaction was very smooth and the watch was just as described. If you have any doubts just make a simple phone call and talk to him in person.

I have now bought two watches from Thanh at Takuya Watches and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanh over delivers at every opportunity. He his highly responsive with fast friendly service and the quality and condition of the watches exceeded every expectation. I won’t hesitate to buy from Takuya Watches in the future. Thanh earned my business for life.

Multiple transactions that went really above and beyond expectations. Most grey market sellers sell similar products, so it's the customer service that differentiates. Thanh meets the mark, until next time
