takuyawatches.comReviews of takuyawatches.com

Thanh was very responsive and direct in all his communication with me. He does much of the work before you even reach out to him by already having a stellar reputation as a dealer in the enthusiast community and by having great photography and description for all his listings. I received my Rolex from him the day after I sent payment with zero issues along the way. Highly recommend.

Great first purchase experience! I purchased an Omega from Takuya Watches and was impressed the quality and pricing. The watch I purchased was exactly as described and in mint condition. Thanh was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions about the watch or the purchase process. I received the watch next day and it arrived exactly as it was described on the site. This was my first purchase with Thanh and I will be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with my watch purchase from Thanh (Takuya). It was my first time purchasing from him and he made the process seamless. Believe the hype and positive reviews. I had my watch shipped within 24 hours of sending the wire. It was securely packaged and exactly as described. Thanh was very responsive and addressed all my concerns. I look forward to doing business with him again.

As a first time buyer, I was naturally skeptical about buying from Takuya. I read the reviews and so many people wrote about how legitimate and positive their experience was with the owner Thanh. Eventually, I inquired about a watch I was interested in. I quickly learned that Thanh was extremely responsive and did an excellent job communicating back and forth with me. After we agreed, I received my watch overnight! It was an incredibly easy transaction. All of the reviews are accurate and he lived up to his reputation. Takuyawatches.com is 1000% legitimate and can be trusted!

Quick and easy transaction, Thanh was very responsive, communicated throughout the whole process and everything went smoothly.

I won't have enough awesome things to say about TakuyaWatches.com, but I'll try: excellent watch quality, service, and communications. Thanh went the extra ten miles to make this first time customer happy (based on colleague/previous customer recommendation) - gave me a quick & fair deal for trade-in, shipped just as quickly, followed up every step of the way, and even adjusted to my last-minute change of the watch I wanted. There's no way another dealer will be this incredible to a customer. Thanh is my go-to watch dealer!!!

It was a pleasure working with Thanh at Takuya Watches. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions promptly and with patience. I will be buying from Takuya Watches in the future with total confidence. Brilliant!

Super responsive and transparent. Great transaction.
