I ordered 2 batteries and a charger a month ago. Convienient 3-5 day shipping. Never arrived. No response to email. No update about why my fully paid order hasn't arrived. Wondering if this is just a scam.

The torches themselves work great WHEN THEY WORK. The battery died on one of the TA100 I purchased. Contacted Taklite. Had to email them several times before I got a response. They then offered to send new battery but 1 month later nothing has arrived. The customer service is terrible. Based on dealings with customer service cannot recommend Taklite.

I bought the AVP carbon scope from this company after seeing it advertised on Facebook. It is a clever little tool which I like. However having paid just over £30 (with USD conversion) I was surprised when I got a note from Royal Mail stating there was VAT to pay plus £8 admin fee, so it cost almost 50% more than I anticipated. It wasn't worth over £45 so I emailed them and was told it is in their ts and cs, although the checkout page says "shipping and taxes calculated at checkout"! I emailed them again and they ignored me, hence my review. Be Aware of Taxes when buying from this company!!
