She Can help you with refund problems, she is understanding and a good Communicator. She explains in a calmly manner. Not like other chat operator Need more training. They considered a refund with processing fee deduction due to visa refusal. God is good. Taketours a good company you Can trust!

A long drive but worth it! Our driver/tour guide was excellent.

We took 3 day tour to Maine - Acadia National Park. It was a well organised and conducted tour. Our tour guide Deymen was an excellent guide, very informative, helpful, polite and very human and understanding. He and the driver cleaned the mess created by a passenger who got sick during the journey without any cribbing and was very polite to him and understanding. He gave us ample amount of time to explore the attractions. All the attractions in the itinerary are great. My only suggestion is that at least one pick up location should be from Jersey city like other tour conducted by Taketours.

Organization was excellent. Tour guide, Jonathan is very nice and friendly with great concern to all the tourists. He's very caring and patient to those who can't follow the time promptly. Actually this is my third time to take a tour with this company. Two here in USA and one in Canada. Looking forward to another tour.
