It has been three (3) years since I last went to Martha's Vineyard. My tour guide this time was Remi Chen and the bus driver was Mr. Roosevelt. I had a wonderful time and felt comfortable and safe. Remi was a very good tour guide with a smile on his face all the time. Mr. Roosevelt was a "smooth driver". That's what my niece called him. She did not even noticed when the bus made a turn. He presented himself professionally. Great uniform with a hat both days. It made me feel I was paying top dollar for the tour. Way to go, Mr. Remi Chen and Mr. Roosevelt. You are a good team. I will definitely recommend taketours.com to friends and am looking for another tour to take with the company. Please keep up the good work!

2 days trip to Niagara falls…
We took a 2 days trip to Niagara falls last week with Take Tours. We had a great experience. Very pleasant guide named Ruby with a professional approach. Hotel was good too. One family from India was trying to be troublesome and rude but Ruby handled them patiently. Worth much more than the price.

Family of 4 with young children
I am from Singapore, a mother with 2 young children (10/14). We have a family tour for 7 Days to Eastern America last year, departure from New York (美东全新豪华自选7日游-深度徒步/购物/玩乐/探索/自由行随心搭配, 纽约出发). This was the 1st time we book from Taketours. Honestly, it is above our expectation with such a low cost, really good experience and there is no "SHOPPING HOUR" during the whole trip. The tour guide is quite knowledgeable and friendly, he can speak both English and Chinese. We got what we want honestly. Except that the hotel is a bit too faraway from New York in the first 2 days, because the hotel was arranged in New Jersey, so we got to gather at lobby on 7am and took a 1.5-2hrs journey to their office in NY Chinatown. Breakfast was not provided, but there was a HK style breakfast shop near that place so not a big deal. Then at about 9am when everybody arrived, we started our NY tour. And we spent another 2-3 hours going back to the hotel every night from NY to New Jersey (if got traffic jam, the journey could be longer). This was only the 1st 2 days, after that, everything was smooth and good. I know a lot of people complaining about this tour, mostly because of the bad experience during the 1st 2 days. So if you don't mind to spend additional 50 bucks, you can get a hotel near Manhattan, which will definitely give you a better experience. Trust me, this tour is fantastic and REALLY REALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY.
One important thing you need to know is, this company is a China company, so their costumers are mainly from China. During my tour, there are more than 80% from China, the rest are from India, Europe, Philippine, Indonesia. Tour guide spoke both Chinese and English during the whole trip, so if you don't mind to travel with Chinese people, language is not a issue. During my tour, all the Chinese tourists are quite nice people.
For the entrance tickets to every attraction places, it was not compulsory to buy if you don't go. It's true that some people just don't like to go to some of the attractions, or maybe they felt the price is too high, then they have to get off the bus and wait for 1-2 hours to get to next stop. I bought every ticket for every attraction during this tour, I really felt it worth going. I mean, why not ? This is why you go for the trip.

I’m in the military and had a last minute vacation
I’m in the military and had a last minute vacation suddenly come up. I decided to take the 8 day tour from California to Yellowstone, Grand Canyon Jackson Reno and Las Vegas. I know these tours are usually for people from other countries but I have never seen these sights before so I booked a trip with take tours. After I received my confirmation letter I booked my flights and hotel for the night to meet them the next day. Upon meeting them we made a transfer in Los Angeles, where Kevin was my tour guide and I must say I had an awesome time ....the people on the bus were friendly good people and my tour guide was very informative....he communicated in mandarin first then would keep me informed the sights were amazing and the extra activities were fun ...especially the helicopter ride in Grand Canyon overall if you want a trip that’s planned out for you and like traveling but don’t mind being on a group schedule this trip is for you. The people I had on tour with me became my new vacation family....the cost is very reasonable for a single person I paid 931 and then an extra 500 for the activities . The hotels were very nice and comfortable. Also bring money for food and shopping. Most of the places you had choices of fast food and the Chinese buffets are great except the one in Salt Lake City Utah ...the customer service sucked so if u go to Utah go to the McDonald’s instead. Overall I highly recommend them

5 days tour to Antelope, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon with TakeTours
I have recentely returned with my family from a 5 days tour with this company from Los Angeles to Las Vegas ,Lake Powel , Antelope canyon, Bryce canyon,Zion Canyon, and Grand canyon (west rim):tour code 673-2546. on the dates May6- May10. Our guides' name was Edward and the drivers' name was Yu.I have read some bad reviews here before going, but decided to take the risk because of the low price. I am very glad I gave them that chance. The trip was wonderful! the guide was absolutely excellent, very polite, explained everything both in English and Chienese, I understood him perfectly, even though I speak only English. they didnt charge one penny more than they stated in their website, you do have to read it all, because they have added costs that are mentioned in the itinerary. I dont know how they managed to take us to see so many places in such a short time without making us feel rushed, and without missing out on any highlight, but they did it. I especially loved the walking tour in the Lower Antelope Canyon! it was amazing and was worth the extra cost charged for it. the bus was comfortable, much better than driving those distances yourself! the hotels were ok and clean, even most had swimming pools, so my kids enjoyed a swim in the evenings. They made enough stops for restrooms and even took us to supermarkets so we can buy groceries and not spend money at the hotels. The guide even gave us the weather forcast for each day and answered all our questions. We managed to make some new friends on the bus in spite of the language barrier. Everyone was nice and atmosphere was great. The driver Yu, was friendly and a careful driver, I am extremely jumpy with fast rekless driving and I felt calm and confident with this driver. This tour was above and beyond our expectations. I felt obliged to write this after reading bad reviews and nearly missing this trip because of them.

Spectacular view!!!
Tour guide Simon sent me email telling me departure time change and where to meet at hotel a day before. We had a time to buy breakfast at gas station. I took lots of pictures inside Antelope Canyon. The guide told us where to take pictures with iPhone and iPod. Then we had lunch time for 30 min at Subway or Chinese restaurant. Horseshone Bend was a scary place but spectacular!!! Everyone should see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend after visiting Grand Canyon.
