The tour was nice until we had bus accident in the way back to New York because of the driver speed and lost his control There was no seat belt and the guide didn't notice us to use it

Ottawa Tour 8/9/2025 Absolutely the Worst tour I ever took. The guide did almost nothing. She was 25 minutes late then slept the whole ride there. She shared very little information about Ottawa, I am not sure why she was even there, she added almost nothing to the experience. The driver ruined the whole day. He was dangerous, aggressive, ran red lights and almost rear ended a car. He had to stop so violently that he caused several people to be injured and need medical assistance. He should be taken off the road immediately. He terrified the passengers and did not seem to care. The guide spoke to him multiple times about his dangerous driving but he just seemed to ignore her. He was also eating while he drove. He tailgated others, putting pedestrians and passengers in harms way. He ruined the entire day. This driver is a menace. The tour guide only gave a few facts about Ottawa at the end of the tour. No wonder this company has a mandatory service fee, because if not the guides and the driver would get nothing, which is what they actually deserve….nothing! DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR OR ANY TOUR BY THIS COMPANY! They use incompetent guides and dangerous bus drivers. We were so thrilled to be off that bus we wanted to kiss the ground.

We did a DC 2night tour, after paying the initial 98pp, we were surprised by the additional cost to each day tour which was 45pp×2pp=90 per day which amounts to $180 for2, then a charge for a visit to the capitol building 45pp×2=90 which was free of charge at the door with guided tour for everyone except our guides charge 45pp. There was a service charge for the guide 12 pp and per day 25×2=50. If you go to the buffet they charged $35pp×2=70 which normally should be half the amount at the door. In the end it will cost over $500 per couple and they only want cash or Zell no credit cards. So buyer Beware

I’m currently in the middle of my Eastern Canada trip and want to ensure that others are not facing the same issue. First they didn't pick up from the place they promised. The trip list shows something different from the actual experience. Three major items I wanted to experience are missing—it feels like they’re fooling the customer. They never picked us up for the tour we'd booked. They didn't contact us They can't be reached on the phone. Totally scammed out of a lot of money. Ruined our trip from Australia.

Never trust them anywhere. Fraud people charging money for free attractions. Worst tour managers behaviour wise worst.

WELL WHAT DO U PEOPLE EXPECT FROM THE CHEAPEST TOUR COMPANY IN NORTH AMERICA Silly!! U GET WHAT U PAY FOR!! RIGHT! Lol. Their NOT running a FREE CHARITY! Right. :) Lol Wake up! Don’t book with them bc they primarily cater to their own Chinese patrons nor do they care much about what they offer? Basically think of it like your paying only for their FUEL to get to one place to another without anything else included; also be weary of pricey,TOUR COMPANIES bc sometimes I read it’s better to organize it on your own??? Pay more and do your research to find a decent sincere Tour. Okay. Thx

Biggest scam company ever. Their website only takes 5 star reviews. I was new and didn’t know all these scams. They said hotel pick up that’s why I booked them. The morning of .. they said we can’t pick you, I had to pay 80 cab to get to pick up point. They wrapped up the tour in 3 and half hours out of which 45 min was lunch. Complete scam. Stay away.
