response time needs improvement on test…
response time needs improvement on test and communication day of I knew a lot of the answers and they got some of them wrong the experts have to research the answers they don't actually know them and please make sure you have the bypass software otherwise you will have to pay to get it and between having them take the test and the bypass software was too expensive not affordable at all I could've just studied and taken it myself very disappointed this wasn't told to me before overall the experience was ok I'm not sure I will use them again between the price and seeing some the answers wrong and I answered questions myself because I knew them
