I ordered an item on the first and it still has yet to ship. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Starting to think this site is a scam.

I placed an order on 11/29. It is 12/20 and my order still has not shipped. I have contacted this business via email, phone (no one answers the phone), Facebook and Facebook messenger. I’m very doubtful that my order will arrive by Christmas. At this point, I just want my money back.

I placed an order on 28th of November, paid extra for express delivery and I have not got the item neither an answer. I would like my refund as it was a gift for a passed Birthday. Not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. Order 1357.Update: No answer to any email. Lost 200$

the order status is not clarity. no responding even contacted many time. consider to refund but difficult to get contact support team. Order 1542. This site is scam. must report to the nearest police. many consumers are deceived. The goods have been paid for but have not arrived. I have paid 590 dollars but the item is not clear. Anyone in US to report this site to police.

Ordered on December 7th, not received order 1479....try to cancel, but no response...cancel and refund ...plez

This is a scam site! I placed an order on December 4th. I called and emailed a few hours later to cancel my order. No one has emailed or called me back! The phone # is a message that there are no operators available to help. EVERYTIME. I leave a message daily. It is now December 15th. My order has not even processed! But they have charged my card. I would leave negative stars for a rating if I could. 1443

They bought it from amazon, left the receipt in the package and shipped it to me. They charged me around 15 dollars over amazons asking price. Not a very nice practice. 2 stars.

I ordered something from them at the end of last month, it has been over two weeks and I have not heard anything about my order shipping or even that its been delayed. But i was for sure charged for my order. I even sent an email out to the support email address given, and I haven’t gotten a response for multiple days. I should have been expecting my package by now but instead I am completely in the dark.
