This master class was everything!!! The room is full of Troy’s students that were actively doing deals under his guidance. They are action takers! The speakers were so real and so inspiring - they didn’t not skip past the failures in their past and where they came from. Living proof that anyone can do this. The speakers were there from the happy hour at the start to the bus tour to the golf event at the end. They didn’t fly in, give a speech and bolt. They were accessible and have no problem with sharing resources. I met people that I will 100% continue to stay in touch with, build the network, and take more action. Time to level up!!

What a transformative experience! This mastermind provided a great lineup of speakers, a wealth of helpful knowledge about real estate and the various avenues of money making possibilities it possesses, and just pure inspiration from industry leaders as well as newbies to the industry who have found success in real estate. Literally life changing. Troy is the real deal.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Troy Kearns and his Millionaire Mentorship Program. From the moment I joined, I have been immensely motivated and have gained a wealth of knowledge that has significantly impacted my personal and professional growth. Troy Kearns is not only an expert in his field but also genuinely cares about his students. His dedication to our success is evident through his consistent follow-ups and personalized guidance. He ensures that each of us receives the support we need to thrive. The junior coaches in the program are equally impressive. They are always available and incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights and assistance whenever needed. Their commitment to our development is truly commendable. One of the most remarkable aspects of this program is the community of like-minded individuals it brings together. Just as iron sharpens iron, being surrounded by doers and action-takers has been an invaluable part of my journey. The collaborative environment fosters continuous learning and growth, making the experience even more enriching. Overall, I highly recommend Troy Kearns' Millionaire Mentorship Program to anyone looking to elevate their knowledge, motivation, and network. It has been a transformative experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it.

Let’s be honest I’m new to the program 5 days and have learned so much in the millionaire mastermind annual event! I have not made my first deal yet but the speakers have inspired me to lean into my weaknesses and have faith in the process. I seen Troy on line talking about contractors screwing people in cost on the investors side of things! There was a lot of truth behind that statement. I went to Columbia Mo for. Mastermind and walked up to him and the conversation we had I had my mind set. I put in 20k without a contract in place and trusted he would send that a contract in a few days! My wife’s anxiety was high and she was this is on you that I’m trusting you to have our best interest in mind. So I trusted my gut! I’m excited to get our first property going with Troy’s elite program!

Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, meeting speakers, and students and being able to relate to the stories and upbringings. Realizing that I am not much different from the people who have had major success. Ready to take this knowledge back home and put it to work. The experiences of networking and connecting with like minded individuals has been life opening. Look forward to the future near and far! LFG

Joining Troy Kearns’ Millionaire Mentorship Coaching Program has been nothing short of life-changing. From day one, Troy brought not only immense knowledge but also genuine passion and commitment to helping each of us grow—not just as investors, but as people. The amount I’ve learned in a short time is incredible. From real estate strategies to mindset shifts, Troy breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, but powerful enough to completely shift your trajectory. His no-BS, action-driven approach lit a fire in me I didn’t even know I had. What really sets this program apart is the community. I’ve met some of the most driven, like-minded individuals who are all hungry to learn, grow, and support one another. It’s like having a second family who truly gets it. The accountability, encouragement, and shared wins are unmatched. Troy doesn’t just teach—he pushes you. He challenges your excuses and makes sure you don’t just learn, but act. I’ve already taken major steps I was hesitant about for years, and I know it’s just the beginning. If you’re serious about changing your life and building real wealth, this mentorship is the real deal. I’m beyond grateful to be part of it

This mastermind was nothing short of life-changing. I showed up expecting strategies—but what I got was inspiration, clarity, and the confidence to execute. The room was filled with hungry, driven individuals all focused on growth, and the energy was absolutely contagious. Every session was packed with real, actionable value—no fluff, no hype. Just proven tactics, powerful mindset shifts, and the kind of motivation that hits you deep. It was inspiring, it was moving, and it reminded me exactly why I got into real estate in the first place: to build a legacy, to take control of my future, and to create freedom for my family. Huge shoutout to Troy Kearns for not only hosting but curating such an impactful experience. His leadership, transparency, and passion for helping others succeed were on full display. Troy, thank you for pouring into this community and creating a space where real estate investors don’t just learn—we transform.

Troy is unlike most “GURUS” or “EDUCATORS” he’s a DORU… Meaning he actually does the damn thing. I had the pleasure of speaking at one of his masterminds and it’s top notch! To top it off he took EVERYONE around town on coach buses and showed us a ton of his rental properties, how he sourced the deal, what he’s doing to it and why. Freaking amazing experience! THIS DUDE IS THE READ DEAL!!!
