Bonafide SLUMLORD. Shotty repairs, mold everywhere, doesn't even maintain yard that is charged extra for in rent. Termites, foundation issues. Shady business practices all around

I scheduled and paid for a $49 consultation phone call. Nobody showed and I’ve been unable to get anybody to reply to my emails and phone calls. This guy is a total scam, stay away!

Although every presenter there was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and inspiring, it was an incredibly positive and powerful experience to hear the real-time success stories of the many attendees from all walks of life. These folks had one thing in common: they all gave credit for their success to the Troy Kearns MILLIONAIRE MENTORSHIP program. Troy Kearns has not only helped every-day Americans achieve life-changing success with Real Estate Investment, he has created a community of people who actually help each other along the way. It is truly extraordinary to have been there to witness the family dinner table atmosphere and camaraderie-so very inspiring!

The Millionaire Mentorship is worth every penny! Troy is a straight shooter no fluff man who genuinely wants to see all of his students succeed. He goes above and beyond pouring knowledge and wisdom to all. He will hold your hand, but he will not do the deal for you. He’s taught me to be uncomfortable and to take action!

Troy, thank you for hosting such an incredible mastermind event this weekend! The speakers you brought in were top-notch and shared so much valuable insight that will undoubtedly help us grow in the real estate world. The connections made during the event were priceless, with like-minded individuals offering tremendous value. Your hard work and dedication to creating such an impactful experience are deeply appreciated!

Love the community and support system that is available 24/7. The experience has been amazing with helping us identify properties, rehabs and the flipping process. Looking forward to continue the experience and growth!

We had a wonderful experience at the Millionaire MENTORSHIP mastermind. We were surrounded by such inspiring and motivating individuals, top-tier, high-level, influential people at the top of their game. I left a feeling on top of the world, and I know that I can do it if they can do it and that’s what they all shared the racks to Rich‘s stories so I highly encourage you to get more information on these masterminds and the Education course. It has been life-changing for so many people and it can be me and you too.

Experience was incredible. People were great, speakers brought so much value. Troy Kearns is the real deal. If you're interested in Real Estate Investing, there is no other place to go like Millionaire Mentorship Mastermind.
