Take 5 Oil ChangeReviews of take5.com

I am reviewing on my location in Apache Junction, AZ on Main Street. The guys in this location are amazing. They are quick, professional, always greet me with a cold bottle of water. I don't ever feel like they push anything on me, of course they ask if I want to upgrade or do additional items. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't but they are always respectful if I decline. Last time I went I brought them treats from Cinnaholic, a local cinnamon roll company & it made them so happy. They always do a great job, quickly & I want them to feel appreciated. Good company & I will continue coming here & referring anyone I know that needs a quick oil change at a reasonable price. It's also nice that they randomly text out coupons for me to use, they don't just offer discounts for "new" customers like alot of companies do. Give them a try!

The customer service was great! Two guys ran three engine bays on a busy saturday and were just managing all vehicles, customers, different services and everyone else waiting. They were very friendly, knowledgable and just great employees. My service member knew every piece of equiptment, the engineering behind it and fully explained to me the procedures for draining my oil and alo when he changed my radiator fluid. I have been going there for two years and every time I use them for my cars service needs I leave feeling reassured that the services performed were done correctly, by a professional and the prices are great. I would like to see better conditions for the employees such as air conditioning, larger fans to keep them cooll in the service area, a break room that has a decent conditions ( a couch, clean sinks, clean restrooms, refridgerator, eating area etc.) . I defintley woud recommend them to anyone and wil be going back again soon!

TUSEAN was the one who served me, very polite man and very respectful, nice, very good customer services, will recommend you him, every time you go to TAKE 5 on westmarket, when you go there ask for TYSEAN

I was at the Take 5 on 637 Donalds on Rd. in Erlanger, KY 41018 and my Invoice # 97688. PJ and Kyle were working very hard and their teamwork was awesome. My primary contact was PJ. She was thorough explaining everything to me and very professional. She's a keeper and keep up the great work.

Own a body shop and use the one in with them withemsville right off of beechmont avenue almost weekly. Joey and them guys always do a great job for me I would not go anywhere else I've heard horror stories about competitors.
