Taimi is garbage. I paid for a week of Silver and will be sure to cancel long before the auto-renewal. They completely ignore your preferences and match you only with an endless horde of 20yo men (who in turn demand instantaneous hookups with no conversation). It was an incredible waste of time and money that left me feeling miserable.

I'm like 99% sure most of the matches that you get are bots, trolls, or people in cahoots with staff to make the experience seem legit. Also, your distance radius and age range settings do keep changing, you are not going crazy. Staff will lie to you if you complain about it and tell you it's a beta feature they've been testing (this is something users have been complaining about for a few years). You will start getting notifications about this adjustment every few scrolls after your complaint, and it will go haywire after a few days. It is forcing me to see people over 180 miles away now and I can't fix it. I hate this app. -From a transman Update: OH...., now they're data mining as well. Although I am straight and have not set the filter to search for men, I am shown many men and other sexual orientations than what I am looking for. After asking support to renew your likes, he just said it wasn't possible and that it was a "test". What's this nonsense if I'm not into men, for example, that out of 20 likes I can give out daily, it's mainly men? A very stupid "test" in my eyes.

This is the worst most hateful transphobic app ever, I've been consistently harassed and bullied on this site, and then targeted and retaliated against for speaking up. AND WHEN I'VE REPORTED IT TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF IT, THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING. BUT SEND FORM LETTERS AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR WHY CISGENDERED FOLKS ARE ALLOWED TO ABUSE THE F*** OUT OF ANYONE WHO IS NOT CISGENDERED ON THIS APP. THIS APP IS ABSOLUTELY QUID PRO QUO, AT LEAST IF I EXPERIENCE THAT IN THE WORKPLACE, I COULD JUST SUE THE S*** OUT OF THE PERSON AND COMPANY, BUT EVEN THAT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE BETTER THAN WHAT SOMEBODY ENDURES HERE.

Ich habe nach zwei Jahren nochmal eine Mitgliedschaft begonnen und bin total unzufrieden. Ich habe mich für das silber Abo entschieden und ca. 22€ für einen Monat bezahlt. Früher konnte man damit uneingeschränkt chatten und sehen wer einen geliked hat und es hat nur 14€ gekostet. Jetzt kann ich dafür täglich begrenzt ca. 30 Aktionen durchführen, wobei jeder Swipe, jedes Dislike oder like und jede Nachricht als Aktion zählt. Man wird ständig aufgefordert zusätzliche Aktionen zu buchen und kommt überhaupt nicht ins Gespräch weil es nur darum geht uns das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Diese App ist nicht zu empfehlen. Früher gab es Star Trans.. das waren noch Zeiten. 10€ / Monat und alles frei. Alle Kontakte waren real und die Leute waren unglaublich höflich. Ich habe das Abo sofort wieder gekündigt und suche jetzt doch im real life… für das Geld kann ich richtig schön feiern und werde ebenfalls angesprochen.

Terrible. I purchased Gold to unlock the other features then found out another level was hidden behind it. Gold + which is the one that lets you have more than a handful of activities per day. This ontop of the basic Gold would cost me more than $350 for only 3 months of access!?

UPDATE: Let this be a warning: this app is a digital leech. After a review connected me with a local father—whose children I could see in the background—I made the mistake of mentioning the cost of feeding his kids. The app instantly banned me for "discussing money." The hypocrisy is staggering. They have no problem stealing from you. In less than a month, I was charged three times ($17+ each) for "premium services" I never used—services that are useless because the app has me permanently locked in Las Vegas, despite living in Colorado. My matches are ghosts from a state I don't live in. Their "unlimited access" is a lie. Options are stripped away, and customer "service" is a loop of AI bots giving the same canned, useless responses. They refuse to fix the location, stop the fraudulent charges, or offer a real human being to speak to. My experience is a preview. It hasn't happened to you yet. But it will. And when you come here looking for answers, you'll find this review and finally understand. ______________________________________________________________ The app itself is fantastic and seems great to use. The only real downfall is the aggressive monetization; you'd get better value spending that money on a drink at a trans bar, where the experience is actually worth it. I bought both the Gold Tear and Gold Tear Plus memberships expecting the amazing features as advertised.Instead, I get severely limited swipes and get put on a "time-out" for up to 24 hours. The "instant chats" are capped at a measly three. This isn't premium; it's a trap. You are actively punished for using the features you paid for. Do not waste your money on this. You are better off with the free version.
