Thank you for the honest review! I'm sorry that you were left with this impression of the Taimi app. We have a robust security system designed to efficiently tackle false impersonations in the app, including advanced photo verification of profiles. However, some situations will inevitably slip through the cracks until our moderation team is able to identify violations of the App Rules. Would you be willing to report these accounts to us using the three dots in the upper-right corner of their profiles? That'll allow us to more efficiently stay on top of these suspicious accounts and take appropriate action in quality time. Furthermore, you're also more than welcome to elaborate on your reports via our in-app Live Support Chat - we operate 24/7! We would also appreciate the chance to look into the problem you reported with profile suggestions and their distance from your location. Make sure to contact us via Profile > Settings > Help&Support. 🌈

Hi Ronne! Thanks for leaving a review. I'm hoping that you'll love Taimi, and that you'll explore all it has to offer. 💜 As for the trial, they are offered to users automatically within the app depending on eligibility, so be sure to watch out for an in-app prompt for one! However, our Live Support Team will also be happy to assist you further in navigating the app, which you can contact at [email protected].
