AMAZING chat help with Seth (a real person!)
I haven’t actually tried the app, but in the hope the “big dogs” see this, my chat support ( an actual human, so be nice ) was delightful. Helpful, encouraging, kind, informative and cool! Thanks Seth LastName, you rock!! -Ali

Responsive customer support
Responsive customer support. Little complex format but giving it a try. Every company needs to make money I get that. I believe they got this part down so be cognizant…

I had a problem with billing but I…problem solved
I had a problem with billing but I chatted with them and solved it really fast. I have no complaints about Taimi and think it should be rated higher than it is, like a 4,7 or 4,8

The good and bad
The good: The support folks are very helpful and sensitive. The bad: straight men keep finding me and hitting me up I’ve checked my settings and it says LESBIAN. So unless the guys are trying to identify as male lesbians (which makes no sense) I shouldn’t see them

Hi, Enna! Thank you so much for your kind review. 💜 I assume our support team has already explained how our algorithm protects each segment of the community and ensures your profile is only visible to the users whose gender you're interested in. Whenever you come across someone misusing the platform for harassment purposes, we're available 24/7 to process your report and take swift action. Don't hesitate to reach out! 😊
