I purchased the Taimi Gold plan, at €15 per week, solely to use the Taimi Explore feature to travel around the world, as there aren't many accounts in my country. Suddenly, without any warning and without any regard for the customers' money, the development team decided to charge an outrageous €15 for EVERY SINGLE CITY IN THE WORLD. This doesn't seem respectful of my money, nor does it seem legitimate. Taimi is already expensive, and now it has become unreasonable. If you need money just make a business loan, don’t take away users money in this way

Horrible and made to feel like a criminal. I never thought a company who is so against judgement and treating people fairly for who they are could be so narrow minded and inconsiderate. Outcasting someone unfairly like the homophobia that has existed in our society. Its become clear to me that its a gatekept community for people who think only certain people should be allowed on the app and to ban those that may not fit the usual queer role e.g. someone who is too femme and hetero. This is more of a rant about showing the need for common sense. I downloaded the app a year or more ago. As soon as I signed up within moments i was banned. At this point I haven't even had a conversation with anyone. I haven't made any interactions. So naturally I go through the normal process of trying to speak to support who would surely be able to understand the situation and help me clear up the issue. I was asked a few questions about if I was on a VPN and if I could turn it off. Which as far as I knew I was not. So I gave up trying to fix it and moved on. Then recently I re-downloaded the app, completely forgetting about this previous issue. Only to be told immediately that my account has been banned and that I could have support review my account. I was told there is nothing that can be done to reverse the issue. So I pressed a little further and was told I'd tried to exploit other users for monetary gain. So at this point I'm trying to please my case and work out how I've done this without even talking to a single person. But the silly thing is that support can't even see what it was that was apparently done to flag it as they don't keep any data on incident. Only that the account was triggered as being banned. Now, I understand the need for safety and security. Yes, I also understand there are certain flags to catch and pick up on suspicious activity. But there needs to be room for some common sense. The ability to plead your case to some extent when reviewing whatever terms you've apparently broken. I've just ended up in this stalemate situation where I can't ask for a review because there is no information on hand as to what I have done. But then also they have the nerve to accuse me of doing something wrong without any proof. Absolutely mental. I'm at the point now where I don't even want my an account I just want someone at Taimi to say they've made a mistake in their system. Something was triggered incorrectly. Apologise to me and then we can all move on. I can only assume from this experience that I am not welcome in this community. It's a shame this kind of discrimination exists today even in the queer community. TAIMI is definitely a trash app. There is a daily repetitious pattern connecting us the same people. Once we X off a person, why are they still in our rotation? Why can’t Taimi filter out our dislikes? It’s like we log in everyday to X out and view the SAME PEOPLE.. BORING… Also, I put in my suggested age group of 40+ plus and the app continues to displays women that’s in their 20’s or 30’s. SUCKS. In addition, I set up a preference of LESBIAN WOMEN ONLY, mean while I have to see Bi’s, Pansexuals, Asexuals, Couple’s seeking 3 sums, Studs, and etc. Why can’t we be grouped according to our preferences? TAIMI will give you everything with the EXCEPTION of your desired request. Why provide us with a preference option, if TAIMI can’t honor it? TAIMI is suppose to be a LGBTQ app, there is a man up there looking to connect with studs only. DISGUSTED. Where is the supervision within the app?
