Hello I bought max plan. everything worked fine for a few days, but then none of the previously planned posts and new posts are published in pinterest, but in tailwind they are marked as published. Support does not respond for 3 days. I paid the money and the service does not work!!!!

Tailwind is a TOTAL HOT MESS! Every time I want to schedule pins it gets super finicky with soo many bugs and makes posting a pain, their system doesn't work properly, my pins get scheduled with another image sometimes, it's really a mess! I am on the paid subscription and have been having lots of patience with them cause I work with Pinterest but they are a terrible run company. I work really hard making so many pins so that thanks to tailwind my pins won't be pinned correctly. It's very clear to me that this company does not work at all. NOW ON TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, do not even try to reach them or get a hold of them, they will get back to you 7 days later, it's incredible I am on the paid subscription and they treat you like that, they cannot help you or answer any question until a week later, wow that's a way to run a company. Way to go tailwind.

The support team reaches out to you like they want to be your best friend. Hey dude, I am not paying for a dating service - this is a business. Very unprofessional did not do what they promised to do, and there are much better options out there now.

WORST APP EVER!!! And i have used a LOT! Wastes your time thinking it does something! DISASTER SUPPORT!!! I SIGNED UP AND THEY, YES THEY, TOLD ME TO SET MY PINS TO 20-25 A DAY, SO I DID! IN FACT, THE REP SET IT FOR ME!!!!!!! THEN I GOT BANNED FROM PINTEREST ALTHOUGH I HAD MY ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR!!! THE WORST PART IS THEY, YES THEY AGAIN!!!! TOLD ME TRY TO MAKE A NEW PINTEREST ACCOUNT OR RETRIEVE OLD ONE IF POSSIBLE AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND ME FOR THE TIME LOST WHILE I AM DOING THAT. WHEN I HAD A NEW ACCOUNT THEY REFUSED TO DO WHAT THEY TOLD ME!!!! AND ALL PROOF IS ON EMAIL!!! THEN I TOLD THEM OK CANCEL MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND THE REMAINING MONTHS! THEY REFUSED! IM IN TROUBLE BECAUSE I USED THEIR APP AND THEY WONT EVEN DO WHAT THEY SPECIFICALLY PROMISED WHEN I DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO! AND THEY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO REPLY EACH TIME THERE IS A QUESTION OR CONCERN! IT IS THE WORST!!!! WASTED MONEY AND A LOT OF TIME ON THIS!

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear you had some trouble getting your account back on Pinterest. :( It looks like the billing team lead has reached out to assist with this situation, and I hope they're able to get everything resolved for you! We greatly appreciate your feedback and use it to help improve the overall experience at Tailwind.

Though it might be useful for some, after a trial period of use, I found out it's not for me and decided to cancel. However, I was surprised to find they deducted my credit card. I reached out to sort the issue, even though I didn't use the service, Tailwind refused to refund the amount. So, if you're trying this out make sure that your credit card is removed before they auto-renew without your consent.

Hey there, Sorry to hear you ran into a snag here with billing. We try to call out both in our Terms of Use and the Billing and Statements section in the Dashboard that subscriptions are non-refundable and continue to renew each period automatically unless the account is downgraded. We also offer a free trial if you'd prefer to spend more time testing the tool without having to pay. If you have any additional questions, our team would be more than happy to help! :)

Several bugs make posting a pain and slow at times, as well as not handling scheduling that happens after a change in time (clocks going forward) which means your schedule will be an hour out. Error in posting meaning having to refresh the page when it suggests instagram names. Customer services said it was my browser, despite showing videos of it happening on multiple different machines. Asked for a refund of this month so i could go elsewhere, simply stopped responding to customer services emails. Avoid.

Hey there, Richard Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback -- we're so sorry you didn't have a good experience here. Our team is working on a number of fixes to address some of these issues on the app. One thing to note is that our team usually much smaller on the weekends, which can usually result in longer response times during those periods. We're super thankful for your response, and will continue working to improve the overall experience!

It's been 3 weeks since I contact their support that I can't use my tailwind app. They got a bug, and I couldn't Recreate Schedule. The chat agent suggested me that if he reset my account that error will be fixed, and he told me that I will also lose my other settings too, including board lists. But I asked him to do it if he can only give back my wasted time in support. He did it anyway, and it didn't fix anything, also as he said I lost all my settings too including boards list. After that, I was asking for a refund or a new subscription in a new account, he simply stopped responding. Be careful, even when you are paid customer in tailwind app, you have no guarantee that you will get the service.

Hi Sameer, Thanks you for the feedback! We're sorry to hear you ran into some issues here with recreating your schedule, and hope our team was eventually able to successfully resolve this for you. While Tailwind tries to call out in our Terms of Service that we don't provide refunds but will always honor the remaining time in the subscription, we're committed to resolving any issues for our members to ensure the best experience possible. One thing to note is that our team is smaller on the weekends, and this can result in a delay of response times, but we're continually growing to ensure we get back to everyone as quickly as possible. :) Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions or feedback at [email protected], and we'd be happy to chat!
