Initially I was impressed with the help I got, but it's a whole month that I have not received my refund. I am truly very dissatisfied with their customer service ethics!

Never recieved the money back I was promised. My credit card company said this business is very suspect and how they run a business.

I spoke to Eugene, on 1/7/26 about a refund. He said to do a review, which I did and I'd get charges reversed, I'm still waiting. $6.99, $48, and $18.65. I've not got a respond on this matter so I will report 2 Better Business Burero that y'all are scams. I've not recieved nothing in return for all the money u all took off my debit card
