I was going to Galveston, TX on vacation last week and ordered a last minute surf fishing kit. I called the company to see if they could ship a kit to me in time before I left and they said it should not be a problem. Unfortunately, there was a hold up with the shipping provider and the kit was going to arrive the day we left. I emailed customer service and they expressed sincere apologies even though it was not their fault. Ed, the owner, personally responded and offered to overnight a kit to my vacation spot at no extra charge. The kit arrived and we were able to fish without any delay. The kit was perfect for the surf fishing we were doing and ended up catching a shark, ray, two bull redfish and countless saltwater catfish. Box came on time, guide was useful. I had a 15” Croaker on my line 30 minutes into fishing on the Outer Banks. First time surf fishing and this made it easy and fun!

Amazing product, great value, 10/10 customer service. I just got into fishing as an adult with noone to show me the ropes. My hope was that I would grab a rod and go, but I was quickly overwhelmed with acquiring tackle and rigging. It seemed like every tackle box on the market was more expensive than the parts that made it up, Tailored Tackle was a notable exception, the sum of the tackle in the bass box was worth about 60$ if you were to buy all the parts separately. Also, the box itself is well organized and space efficient. Definetly the best value on the market.
