Tailored Logo DesignsReviews of tailoredlogodesigns.com

Great on-boarding experience. They were unable to complete a simple logo modification after 3 weeks. It should have taken no more than 3 days. Only refunded half my money. Waste of valuable time and resources.

I would give is a Zero rating but that is not possible so had to give 1 star. I submitted an order for logo design and paid for it. I heard from a designer pretty quickly, and they wanted to know if I want other things designed too [which I did not]. I had about 3 email exchanges with him right away. After a week I heard nothing [they note it is usually 1-2 days for initial draft]. I emailed customer service twice over the course of a week and also heard nothing. Literally no response for over a week, not even from customer service [and yes I checked my spam folder]. I paid $99 but have no file, no nothing.

These people are absolute professionals, in every possible way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was such a professional and seamless process! Ordered my logo and Friday, a couple days later I’ve chosen a logo design and on Tuesday it’s being finalized!

Fantastic to work with. Great ideas. Jeff Martin was right on top of everything. Thanks!
