Great transmission you sell quality parts Thank you very much

i had a Great experience with the company ,& everyone that I dealt with was outstanding ,Keith who i,am on the phone with is being very Kind & HELPFUL and I Hope to be Dealing with the company in the near future ,Tanks Agin for everything

This is nothing more than a scam they took 350 dollars from my account and said they where giving it back they haven’t it a shame they have to steal from hard working American they are in another country stealing from us

The motor was bad but they refunded the money. They were quick to make it right

They are very dishonest and deceptive and anyone who sees this needs to beware that you are in for a long run of being robo called by 3rd parties, harassed and pressured to buy the junk that they claim to have for sale (which is questionable). Also, your number will be added to databases that india scammers use for scam calls I found an ad from these spammer/scammers on FB marketplace. They insisted that I call them to communicate insisted of using messenger. I called them only to find out that they lied about where the transmission was (they said it was in Henderson, NV when it is in Illinois somewhere) they also said it was newly rebuilt in the ad which was also false. I told them that I was no longer interested and since then my phone has been absolutely blowing up with scam calls as well as robo spam calls which has never ever happened with my current number because I am very careful to not ever call sketchy companies. i was deceived into calling because they posed as a private seller using a VOIP phone so they could have a local number as part of their deception

tagore auto parts i had a great experience they were very good at getting me a low milage motor, they were prompt and delivered on every aspect thank you doug

I don't know if the good reviews are reliable, I have not had a good experience. I did request photos of the engine and a compression test which I received. The engine was still in a van. I requested photos of the engine after it was pulled, prior to authorizing shipment. When I spoke with them they relayed they would need a 30% deposit and 70% full payment prior to shipment and it would arrive within 7 days. Each time I spoke with them the delivery date was extended and more importantly they changed that 70% of the deposit was to be charged and the balance of 30% was to be collected upon shipment, then they changed to 100% deposit needed to be charged prior to processing the order. They did not process the order or process the credit card. Finally after the shipment was delayed to 20 days, and prior to them even pulling the engine, I cancelled the order because they kept changing the terms. The terms on the email paperwork relayed, 2 payments, total prior to shipping. Then today, they charged my credit card AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER, PRIOR TO THEM PULLING THE ENGINE, PRIOR TO THEM SENDING PHOTOS FOR AUTHORIZATION OF SHIPMENT. They haven't shown they can be trusted because they changed the payment terms 3 times and the ship dates 4 times. I can't vouch for whether they would actually send a good engine. Their terms are full replacement of an engine if it goes wrong during the warranty, but they manage to blur the lines. I would not trust to spend $ with them.

Well I have a problem. RAM 5.7L engine they sent has stuck lifter, broken exhaust manifold bolts, coil pack plastic tabs broken. Already paid labor to install. Showed them pictures. Alex and Eva is whom I'm dealing with. Its gonna be a long road. Any suggestions on how to get my $ back. Real trouble here
