They took our money!!!
They took our money!!!! Cant show pictures, said 30% upfront then full payment without a picture or anything, then said 5-7 days then extended the time!! Frauds!!!!!

I dealt with Max and eventually Eva
I dealt with Max and eventually Eva. Even though I had a better price from another company Max did every thing to get my business. He was excellent. Eva was afterward service person. She was also excellent in her service. I got the engine and I guess you can ask me later if I am happy with my purchase.

Eva saved the day!
Will be buying more from Tagore thanks to Eva making things right with a lot of back and forth calls and emails, figuring out the best course of action. Thanks again Eva! Eva resolved my situation and was wonderful Kudos to her and her team

Buyer Beware
When I ordered very expensive parts from Tagore, I spoke to the representative and explained that this was for a project and time would be a factor. The representative stated "As long as I don't install the parts" I would be ok. When the chassis was ready for the parts I ordered, I unwrapped and saw the engine they sent was for a manual shift and not for an automatic. The crazy thing is, when they shipped the parts I asked why the transmission was separated. The representative stated they don't ship them together. Didn't make sense, but thought they ship all the time. Now I must say it was past their 90-day warranty, however the parts are still in their wrapper and shipping crates. They "Henry" didn't even have the decency to talk to me, just kept saying the warranty is over and not his problem. I could understand having a penalty or even having to pay for freight, but being blown off is nonsense and not a way to run a business. I am very involved in the hot rod community and the "coyote-swap" world and will make it a point to let everyone know my experience with Tagore and Henry.
