Please FBI needs to save America from this company all people working at this company it’s a shame and scammer.this company takes 1243.99 dollars for transmission he never sends to me . He keeps lying to me, please people don’t buy nothing from this company is a scam, fraud and shame

Let me start off by saying do not purchase an engine from this company I purchased a 6.2 for 2012 DENALLI I received a engine that has been on fire and is rusted horribly I contacted they asked for pictures I sent the pictures now when I call they do not answer prior to getting the engine they answered every time I called after calling numerous times guy answered the same guy I been talking to now he is claiming to be a cleaning guy if you use this company you will regret it they claim to have 3 month warranty but is not true they are liers will take your money and send you a core for a engine I would post pics on here if I could it is horrible

I’m actively having a poor experience with this business today is march 10th 2025 I purchased a 4.7L v8 engine for my dodge 1500 First discomforting feeling started when I had to keep requesting my tracking number after shipment supposedly left I finally applied enough pressure to receive the tracking number 1 day before estimated shipment arrival oh well eventually I received the engine my mechanic took a overlook at the engine that was promised to be in good mechanical condition which was supposedly thoroughly inspected and approved well my mechanic immediately noticed the water pump was faulty and the thermostat was faulty which I figured “used motor can’t be perfect” so I called Eva which became my Relationship Manager after being in contact with Bruce I asked if it was fine for me to replace those parts without voiding warranty I was told yes and that I needed to send a picture of the damages and the receipt of the parts purchase because Eva promised compensation for the damaged items I was cheerful and positive about getting the engine put in from my mechanic and was hoping to have the truck done last week which my mechanic completed his work which was march the 3rd of 2025 the same day I received bad news the engine came with worst problems I have a check engine light of death code I’m getting is a p0016 the diagnostic tool is saying it’s a crankshaft/camshaft miss alignment bank 1 sensor 1 it’s been a whole week now of Eva ducking my calls and them requesting pictures just to leave me hanging after continues “ I will call you right back” and continues “I have submitted the information to the mechanics” a week after reporting the issues now she’s saying “my mechanic we’re on vacation last week” today march 10 she told me “ my mechanic is on lunch will call you back with him on the line after lunch” 4 hours went and no call back I called her back just for her to tell me the mechanic is not available neither is her manager she said the manager is vacations the getting dragged along is becoming old

The transmission I bought is still running pretty good and I’m so happy that I it from a great place.

The transmission that I bought seems to be in good shape. It took longer than the 10 days for them to ship the part. I felt mislead by the seller because they told me that the part was coming from another city that was 500 miles away, and told me that I would have to pay freight charges to get my core charge back. Later, I found out that the part came from a salvage come that was less than 20 miles from my house. I could have picked up the part and also got my core charge back. Also, I did not like having to make 2 separate credit card transactions to make one purchase.

I bought 5.9 Cummin engine with low miles a good price sharp on delivery was very punctual and everything the said ,miss fiyona very serious lady .I believe her every step she said that one of the reasons make me believe her and buy again and tell you one thing this is very serious company and they’re concerned about customers and tell you buy here this is right place

I received my motor very fast,it was clean and it runs great

Purchased a engine for my 07 Silverado with 98k miles from Keith at Tagore auto parts. Engine is good but had minor parts that needed to be replaced. Under the warranty they sent me compensation to get the engine running correctly. Bella and Keith both stayed in contact about the issue to be resolved. Good job, only thing is that I had to pay out of pocket again for labor. Work on that Tagore! That's why I gave 4 stars. Thanks Bella and Keith!
