Trustpilot ought to enable 'Zero star'…
Trustpilot ought to enable 'Zero star' ratings to correct this false impression that companies/services are at least 20% 'good'. Right then, 'Tagged': I had joined that site almost twenty years ago but was only really active for the first couple of years. At that time, it seemed to be a dating site with customisable profile pages - effects and content, that sort of thing. Alas, it has degraded to nothing more than some 'Virtual market place' where profiles are aggressively bought from 'Pet holders' and returning to the site after an extended absence only to find that one has been permanently barred was somewhat odd. E-mailing their Customer Service Team resulted only with predictable preapproved corporate scripted lines to take (Doubtless a copy & paste option) and yielded naught in respect of actual reasons behind the ban. Perhaps 'maintaining a periodic login presence' is mandatory - the only possible reason of which I can think for having been barred. Still, no great loss and the experience seems to be a repeated pattern judging from other posts. Conclusion: If this site charges money for any so-called 'upgrades/enhancements', then reconsider and buy yourself a jar of coffee instead!
