SCAM this is a fake website

Had to claim money back through credit card company. No products forthcoming. Scam

Not a UK company, Items sent from China, you don't receive what you ordered but a knock off, cheap replacement. Ask for a refund to be told I need to return item to China at my expense. Please don't buy anything from this "company"

Complete scam company. They advertise cheap Bluetooth key rings as GPS trackers. Anyone who has baught from these please contact your bank and do a chargeback. They may try and threaten you with legal action after but they will do nothing

Company are complete scam . I cancelled my order within 20 mins and emailed to cancel the order. I refused a further discount to continue with the order and requested a full refund. They still processed the payment on my card. It took over 3weeks to get a refund and then they deducted an admin fee. They never mentioned this when I said I wanted a full refund. I'm challenging them still for the remaining amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Item never received. Courier RELAY had out for delivery & then without explanation returned to Tados without attempting any delivery. Despite contacting courier & Tados several times requesting refund, & attaching evidence, i received no reply or a refund. Do Not order from Tados!

I attempted to purchase a tracking device for my Dad for his birthday so he does not lose his car keys (about 10th May). The tracking device never arrived (Tados used Everi delivery services and Evri confirmed that they it did not deliver the tracker and said they had received sent it back to Tados). Tados said that the tracker has not arrived back with them and will only give me my money back if they receive the returned device. It is 5 months since I ordered the tracker and I neither have the tracker or my money back. Between Evri and Tados they appear to have lost the tracker and no one is taking responsibility. It cost about 75 pounds so it was not cheap. I’m at a loss how to get my money back…
