After waiting 17 days I still haven't received my order even though in the tracking information it says it is in a suburb only 20 minutes away from me. It has been saying it is out for delivery and will arrive today for 3 days!!!

Bad news. I ordered item. Veerryy slow. Never received. They sat on order several days then shipped from China or somewhere. It arrived too late. I will never order from them again. Request for credit back was denied. Do not use!

Disappointing customer treatment and official policy violation on AliExpress I am writing to share my experience with TACVASEN regarding an order placed via AliExpress (Order #1121918957902150). After encountering an issue with my order and reaching out for support, the seller responded by blacklisting my account and restricting any further communication. I escalated the matter directly to AliExpress Customer Care. Following their investigation, AliExpress officially confirmed in writing that TACVASEN violated platform policies: "Thank you for your report. We will penalize the seller according to the number of his violations, please rest assured, we will record and accumulate the behavior of the seller this time." — AliExpress Customer Care Good customer service requires basic communication and problem-solving, not blocking customers who raise legitimate questions. Extremely disappointing experience from this brand Title: Warning to Buyers: TACVASEN and AliExpress Protect Retaliatory Sellers! If you plan to buy from TACVASEN on AliExpress, be warned: this store retaliates against customers, and AliExpress fully enables them. After I opened a legitimate dispute and left honest feedback regarding an order issue, TACVASEN retaliated by placing my account on their shop’s blacklist to block me from making future purchases. When I reported this to AliExpress, their "Expert Team" acknowledged in writing that TACVASEN violated platform policies and promised penalties. However, it was complete misdirection. Weeks have passed, TACVASEN continues to ignore platform rules, and AliExpress does absolutely nothing to enforce their own decision. Instead of protecting buyers, AliExpress customer support loops meaningless automated responses, essentially encouraging TACVASEN to abuse buyers without consequences. Do not trust TACVASEN and do not rely on AliExpress buyer protection. Save your money and buy from honest sellers elsewhere.

My order was messed up and they said they would send me a 30% refund because returning items would be costly because of shipping. That was on May 9th. Another dishonest company. Never deal with them again

For years I have been looking for swim shorts with mesh underpants that also look good for going out in Mostly on holiday but also at home in Cornwall where I live Well I have found them They are utterly perfect and will make our hand luggage only policy even easier to achieve Ordering process was a dream and they turned up via Amazon and DPD in advance of the expected date Superb

Ordered 3 pair of golf shorts but they were too small and wanted to exchange for a larger size, but when inquired about the exchange this is the response I received; "We're sorry to hear that our product didn't meet your expectations. However, the return process can be quite cumbersome, and it may take a long time to receive your refund. If you're willing to keep the product, we would be happy to offer you a 20% refund. You could give it to family or friends, or sell it on a second-hand website. What do you think?" I think the response is terrible to simply exchange for the correct size! Never again!

Purchased 4 long sleeve SPF golf shirts. Reviewed the size chart and ordered a larger size than I normally would. Upon receipt, the sleeves were still too short and I requested a refund in exchange for my return. FYI, on my order was a charge of $2.49, my worry-free purchase guarantee. When I requested the return info I was told they would give me a 30% refund. When I called this ridiculous, they offered a 50% refund. What kind of company is this? All responses are sent via a translation app in their email program. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Worst company for returns even with Amazon prime. Charge for returning all the way to China and then when complain try to bargain. Should be removed from Amazon until smarten up.
