This website is a scam and they don’t honor their return policy

The helmet that I ordered was not to the protection level that they claimed and when I tried returning the helmet they ghosted me. It’s been several weeks now without a response back from their customer service. Do not buy from them.

Tacticalpow is NOT a motorcycle shop, no idea why this shows up under the company name here on Trustpilot. It sells paintball helmets that its describes as level III, NIJ listed, trying to make them sound like real, bullet resistant tactical helmets, which is false. Tacticalpow is a scam company connected to a woman in China who calls herself "Vickie". The website gives a US phone number but when you call it you hear, "This is an inactive number", and if you Google their alleged business address in Tennessee, you see a house trailer in a field. I bought a helmet for $125, saw that my name showed up weirdly in the ship to field, tried to call to have them correct it and discovered the inactive phone number. As I didn't like the bogus US contact info and implication that the company was in the US, I emailed her 30 minutes after purchasing and asked to cancel. She replied the next day from China that she tried to cancel but couldn't as the item already shipped. Odd, as I never got a notice of shipping or a tracking number. I asked her for tracking, never got it. I then contacted Paypal (that's how I paid) and instead of having to jump through hoops to make a refund request, the agent put me on hold, checked something, then issued a full refund then and there, something they never usually do. Tacticalpow has a gazillion bad reviews, and given the speed with which I got the Paypal refund, Paypal is on to this scam company too. Avoid Tacticalpow!

Fraud! 3 months no refund

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Tom is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with, ever! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional he was simply because their stock image color did not match the color of the item I received. Tom should be fired! Do not trust this company in anyway. Atrocious!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! These Helmets are junk. The chinstrap is delicate and broke on mine immediately. Requested a refund by email, nothing. Called and the number is disconnected. Once I knew they were fake, I shot mine with 124gr FMJ 9mm from 20 yards and the first round passed right through. Fine for airsoft, not suitabile for any real life situation.

TERRIBLE customer service. Will not give return address to receive refund. Emails get no response. Do NOT trust this company.

There website states free easy returns, not true. They will not respond to my multiple emails with a return address. Want to give $60 refund on $200 helmets and have me keep them or send pictures and they will decide if I can return, sent 3 emails after pictures and they will not respond with return address. Terrible company!! Be careful
