We paid $675 for an ADA-CASA AL1…
We paid $675 for an ADA-CASA AL1 assessment with TAC Security. The technical scan, remediation, and revalidation were completed, all findings were marked as patched, and TAC Security confirmed in writing that our SAQ met the requirements. However, nearly 3 months after starting the process, the final “LOV Submitted” step is still pending. TAC Security requested the same encryption evidence on two separate occasions, and we submitted it both times. We received no confirmation that the evidence was accepted and no clear explanation of what, if anything, is still missing. We sent numerous follow-up emails over several weeks. We also opened support tickets, but the tickets were closed with instructions to contact the team by email—even though those emails remained unanswered. The original Google deadline has now passed, and Google agreed to wait longer because the process remains blocked with the authorized lab. As of August 5, 2026, we still have no confirmation that the LOV has been submitted. The technical scanning portion worked, but the communication and completion of the paid service have been extremely disappointing. A time-sensitive compliance service cannot function when customers receive no meaningful response for weeks. I will update this review if TAC Security completes the LOV submission and resolves the case. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend TAC Security for time-sensitive CASA assessments.
