Got Tacklife off Amazon, garbage, garbage, garbage!!! Product and customer service, or there for lack of. Online site a joke, won't let you submit anything, site just glitches and makes you start over. Had it for about 1 and a half years, never got to use it, took it out occasionally to check it, and last time display just said low. Would not turn on or change, crap went in the trash. Looks like Amazon not longer sells that brand, but strangely enough, plenty of identical looking Chinese garbage to replace it, DO NOT BUY

Bought a Tacklife portable power supply for CPAP, etc. for camping or power failures. Was not worth the effort of carrying it to the trash. Failed completely in a few months.

This company totally sucks. Got the jump starter and it won’t even charge and no one answers the phone and messages are full. They don’t reply to anything email, phones, mad customers none of it. Very poor service for sure.

able to inflate my tires and not over inflate

I ordered a tack life table saw I have my receipt but it's been over a month and yet still no table saw and no one will answer me one email's or phone call's

I ordered two items through a 3rd party online. The items were shipped from Tacklife in Ontario, Canada. The shipping was a bit of a snafu, through no fault of theirs. Eventually I received both items. I am impressed with the quality of the tool (item 1) and the kit of attachments (item 2). Both items were good quality for the price. The instructions are easy to understand and the attachments are varied, based on how long or often a person would use them. The case the rotary tool came in was a soft case w/2 zippers. Good quality canvas. The attachments came in a nice clear top plastic case with 2 latches on the front. Every attachment/group of attachments is held in place, so they don't go all over the place. Even after being shipped over 3000 miles, and not marked fragile, only a few came out of their assigned locations. Customer service queries were responded to quickly, 24 to 48 hours max. Overall a good deal.

I'm pretty sure they are out of business. They are no longer on Amazon. Their phone number goes to some relay that hangs up on you. Email to support at autotacklife dot com (trustpilot does not allow email addresses in messages) gets you a return email message that basically says their email address is not accepting messages. Lots of us need service, or to have a warranty fulfilled, but they've vaporized without a trace. Probably couldn't handle all the warranty claims and quit.

I have already rated this awful company pending a reply from their "support/customer services" as utter rubbish. I have just sent yet another email reminding them that they have not replied to me. This emailhas neen returned undelivered because Tacklife email in box is full!! Full of complaints and people chasing for replies. AVOID THEM LIKE AN UNSOCIABLE DISEASE!!
