This is crazy, buy a box, a antenna, get internet then it might work ! Thats nuts noway for me

My device would not power on. I was going to get it replaced under warranty. But, the instructions on Tablo's website said to first check the power supply by plugging in the power adapter, and then plugging something into the usb port on the Tablo. It said that if there is no power out of the usb port, then you need to buy a new power supply, not get a replacement unit. I don’t like being ripped off. Which is what happened to me by doing what I was told to do by your Tablo in buying another power cord. When I informed their customer service that the information on their site was incorrect and I needed to return the power supply and get a new Tablo warrantied out, I was told that they would not take a return on the power supply. So, I am just going to let others know my experience, and tell them that if they have an issue, DO NOT follow the instructions on Tablo's official website, but instead just request a replacement immediately. Otherwise, you may be told to buy something and then basically be told “Haha, we recouped some of our money since you did what we told you to do” and basically be treated like a sucker.

Pure garbage. A waste of time and money.Called to talk to an agent for help and couldn't understand him.The tablo would not complete setup no matter what I was instructed to do.

Buy Tablo if you need more frustrations, irritation, an annoying time in your life. Reporting problems is nothing more than the blame game, it will always be something at your end. I have never contacted them when that say” that is a known problem and they are working on it. If they are working on it you might die before it gets fixed. Oh, and new software updates, well they MIGHT fix a problem but you get a whole new set of problems. I have had two for nearly two years and they have NEVER worked correctly for a whole week.

BUYER BEWARE! Tablo is cheaply made junk. Mine just died after using for 6 months. DO NOT BUY!

This review is about Tablo support only. The device itself is great. The Tablo device has been working reliably for years, and continues to do so, but a few days ago the Android Tablo app stopped being able to find the Tablo device, while the GoogleTV app worked fine. I opened a ticket with Tablo and provided plenty of detail on the problem. The help I got was pretty much serial delivery of individual items from their FAQ and how-to pages. At this point I would not be surprised to find some sort of primitive madlib generator behind the emails. In this case seeking help was a complete waste of time reflects very poorly on Tablo.
