Tablo 4th generation stopped working after Roku updated software to 14.04. I have attempted to resolve with Tablo customer service for the last two months, with no answers except their suggestion that I buy another streaming device to use instead, Totally unacceptable!

Do not buy. Defective products and poor customer support sums it up. If you have already bought one skip the poorly trained customer service folks and file complaint directly with the BBB
