Solicitar información básica sobre un producto debería ser un proceso sencillo, pero aquí se convierte en un verdadero infierno: mensajes ignorados durante días, ausencia total de soluciones y una comunicación que transmite desinterés absoluto hacia el cliente. Una tienda que no responde ni aclara dudas básicas genera desconfianza y hace imposible concretar una compra con tranquilidad. En lugar de facilitar el acceso a sus productos, complican cada paso del proceso. Esta falta de profesionalismo y atención convierte lo que debería ser una experiencia de compra en una pérdida de tiempo.

We typically process and ship between 100–200 orders per week and work hard to support each customer as best as possible. That said, December is our busiest time of year, and during the peak holiday season our response times were not always at the level we aim for.
