I had a great response from Tablet2cases team regarding one of their cooper executive case/keyboard. I made the purchase more than a year ago, and just recently I tried to use it after I upgraded the OS of my tablet to Windows 10, though I could paired the keyboard, I could not use it, I emailed Tablet2Cases team and I just experienced my best satisfaction as customer, they were so friendly, timely in replying to me within 3-4 days (including weekend) we exchanged 16 emails, in the fourth day I received a new unit (free of charge) sent by express courier (from Hungary to Saudi Arabia). I am really thankful to Tablet2Cases team represented by Mr. Carlos Castaneda who communicating with me in this regard. It was great experience full of good service and satisfaction.. I was completely impressed with the customer service of Tablet2Cases. They contracted me, after I purchased my Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 case on Amazon, and before it arrived. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and replied to my questions the same day I emailed them. ***UPDATE*** The case arrived faster than the original shipping estimate! The color is a really nice denim blue. The stitches are nicely done with no loose threads. The kickstand is magnetic and holds flat to the back when not in use. The elastic holders are very well attached. They stretch to fit my tablet perfectly. There are rubberized fixtures that go on each corner of the device. My tablet is completely secure once fixed in place. The keyboard is AWESOME! It connected with my tablet quickly and easily. The keys are easy to push and have a great tactile feel. The mouse pad works wonderfully. It plugs in and charges quickly, and after 24 hours, it's not needed a recharge yet. The only thing that you may have trouble with, is that installing the tablet in one direction(with the volume button and power button up), your back arrow, home button and menu key won't respond to touch or push. If this happens, take the tablet out and install it the other direction(so the volume and power buttons are down towards the fold). This fixed mine immediately. Overall, I LOVE this case! I will definitely be shopping with Tablet2Cases in the future, and would recommend them to everyone!

I wasn't happy with the shipping delay. But Customer service answered promptly and they were very professional. The product turned out to be worth the wait very high quality. I would definitely buy from them again.
