I was not satisfied with one of the products I purchased and wanted to return it. Table2case did not hesitate to help me with my problem and made the process very easy.

When I purchased a case for my tablet, there was an issue with the delivery system. When Tablet2Cases learned of the issue, they stepped it up and expedited delivery of a replacement case... no hassle... received replacement within 2 business days!!! Thank you, Tablet2Cases for a great product and EXCELLENT customer service!

I will be honest, I was dubious that I would like this case. How wrong I was. I originally bought this for my Sony PRS-T2, but switched it to my Kindle 4th Gen. Love, love, love it. The feel is wonderful, the ability to easily hold or prop up is a winner. And the corner holders are so much more secure than the cheap elastic bands you normally see on many covers. The only think that would make it better? A light, but I'll deal with clip-ons.

They sent me a partial order so i contacted them through email and within 24 to 48 hours they replied back apologizing for the partial order and they expedited the other item out.

I ordered an Apple Watch charging box. Which is thing of beauty in itself It sadly developed some kind of weird obsessive blinking light syndrome Curtis, tried everything to help get to the route of the issue and when it became apparent that my box just liked to flash (!!) He arranged a swift replacement, no questions, no arguments and st no cost to myself. Even allowing me to keep blinky box (as he's now affectionately known as) As a spare. Couldn't be happier with the speed of reply and the swiftness of resolving the issue. Things do go wrong from time to time but the true worth of customer service, and a business is how complaints are resolved. With that in mind, I'd happily reccomend these to anyone!!

I ordered a leather iphone 7 case from amazon via this organization. It arrived extremely well packaged, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the case itself. It was finished very poorly with glue protruding from the sides, poorly cut leather and generally not a finish you would hope for on a case which cost £35+... When I contacted Tablet2Cases their customer service team (I dealt with Curtis and Carlos) were excellent, responding promptly with an apology and understandably a request for some photos of the case in question. I responded with the photos, and in a matter of hours a full refund was processed. Very happy with the customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future, although I certainly wouldn't order from the manufacturer again.
