The guys that responded to my request for solving my prolblem were quick to respond. They were also very helpful and patient and with a quick exchange of emails they identified the problem and outlined the steps I needed to take to remedy. Fantastic service

My tablet case came sooner than projected. On opening, I noted a broken clip, took pics and sent to seller. They responded very quickly, viewed the pics, and sent a new case immediately. I would have been happy with the clip and directions.

I ordered a case for my tablet online - which always concerns me. Unfortunately the case did not fit my tablet even though it advertised a 9-10 inch tablet. This company went above and beyond to be of service in returning the product complete with return postage! Their responses were prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for their service - which tells me their product must be worth a try as well.

there was a delay in delivery that was USPS's fault, not tablet2case. otherwise the case is all they said. and the backlight keyboard is great for typing in the dark.

Was very happy to find what I needed as the original company I bought from before doesn't seem to exist anymore. Took a little bit longer to arrive but made it in one piece! The company also kept me posted on the item in question.
