Above and Beyond Customer Service! Had a minor issue with the case fitting with our cords, and inquired about options to make it fit better. They responded immediately and offered suggestions. After a few discussions, they took it upon themselves to send a replacement case, and then insisted we did not need to return the original case. Absolutely unexpected, but appreciated. The new case is working fine and now we have a spare in case we encounter any problems in the future. Great customer service!
