I developed a problem with the keyboard for a mini iPad. Would not work Company sent several suggestions but to no avail. They immediately sent me a new unit even though the unit is over 1 year old. I spent one week sending their customer dept questions about which keyboard/folio/case/bluetooth was fit for my Asus Zenpad 10. Every answers were polite & very much professional. And finally I made my choice this morning. I recommend Tablet2Cases 110%. [EDIT] I have to be honest, the shipping company is terrible. I heard the door bell rings at 18:30 on a Saturday, opened the door, no one there, looked at my feet, a bag with a package and on the first floor (I live on the 2nd), a man yells at me: "Delivery from Amazon" and he turns back and leave running to his car. Maybe he was late ;-)
