I bought a keyboard case for my IPad in September this year and was very happy with the product. Unfortunately in November it was damaged by water. I contacted the company straight away and Carlos, the Vice President, promptly organised a replacement, free of charge, as it was still under the 90 day warranty. He contacted me with a tracking number when the replacement was posted from Singapore. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this company.
