Dear Patricia, Thank you for leaving us a positive review. It was a pleasure serving you. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and being so open with us. I understand the shipping hold-ups of your order. This is because of the pandemic situation where shipments can take 2-3x longer than normal. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can given the logistics options available on the given day. We appreciate you entrusting your business with us and enjoy your rugged case. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Hello Kevin, Thank you for your feedback on the product and I apologize for this unfortunate situation. We try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. I've reached out to you via email with no joy. So please excuse my message barrage here. Your rugged case comes from a long journey. In order for us to ensure this is in immaculate shape upon delivery, we inserted a black tray. The black plastic insert is not part of the rugged case and needs to be removed before inserting the device. It is placed inside the rugged case for extra protection during the shipping process. We strive to deliver great experiences consistently. So please write back to us if there is anything we missed. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases
